The operation is based on the magnetometer inside the iPhone.
The magnetometer measures the electromagnetic field surrounding the device. If there are bugs, mobile phones, hidden cameras, microphones or electronic devices the electromagnetic field is changed.
Task of this application is to detect these variations and, through our special algorithm, directing the user to the device to be flush with simple instructions on the screen when you are closer to the object.
The application identifies devices even when switched off.

It is not working at all
Yet another app that doesnt do what it says it will! How is this legal? Does Apple just allow anyone that can develop a BS app to sell it in the App Store without at least checking it out first? Im sure this review will be deleted like all the others Ive posted. Shame on you Apple!!!
This devise would work in detecting a listening devise if it was made out of metal, but it will also pick up anything else metal. The app went off when I placed it against the vents on the ceiling. When I took it off there was nothing there, but it kept going off on the vent. I then tested it on a hammer and it went off again. So you wouldnt be able to tell if there was a listening devise/camera in something metal unless you took it apart.
It only detects things if the phone is touching them
Now the app is really sensitive but not specific...
